Refund policy

Almost everything on Birthscape is free. The only paid product is Gift Plus (US$4.99, or €4.99 in Europe, one-time per gift link, no subscription). You can also leave a voluntary tip (“Buy me a coffee”, US$3, $5 or $10); it unlocks nothing and is simply a thank-you.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with Gift Plus for any reason (or tipped by mistake), you get a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked. To ask for a refund, reply to the receipt e-mail from Paddle, or write to support@birthscape.com with the e-mail address you used when buying. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

Who processes refunds

Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds; its buyer terms apply in addition. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

After a refund

We delete the photo and voice message uploaded for that gift link. The free gift link itself keeps working.
